Who we are
This Privacy Policy is provided by Pixels Hub d.o.o., Generala Stefanika 20, Belgrade, Serbia, registration number 22056611, owner of the Padel2All platform and the controller of your personal data. It explains what data we collect, why we process it and what rights you have. It covers the Padel2All mobile app (iOS and Android) and the padel2all.rs website.
The processing of your data is governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, in particular the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act (ZZPL). If you use the app from the European Union, the rights described in this policy are aligned with the GDPR.

Data we collect
We collect only what we need to run the service. Your data falls into the following groups:
- Account data: first and last name, email address and password. We store the password only as a hash and cannot read it.
- Profile data: city, skill level, availability and an optional profile photo.
- Location data: we process the precise location of your device only if you grant the operating system permission, for the club map and nearby match suggestions. You can revoke the permission in your device settings at any time.
- Game data: match results, ELO rating and match history.
- Usage and device data: in-app interactions, device type, operating system version, push token and basic crash and diagnostic data.
- Content you create: match chat messages and no-show reports.
- Support communications: messages you exchange with us via podrska@padel2all.rs or kontakt@padel2all.rs.
There are currently no payments in the app, so we do not collect payment card data or any other financial data.
Why we process your data and on what legal basis
Every processing activity is tied to a specific purpose and legal basis:

What other players can see
Padel2All is a social app, so part of your profile is visible to other players in the app: your name, avatar, skill level, ELO rating and city.
Messages you send in a match chat are visible to the participants of that match. Your email address and password are never visible to other players.
A word of advice: do not share sensitive information in chat, such as your home address or financial or health details.
Who we share data with
We never sell your data and we do not share it with ad networks. We share it only:
- with processors who act on our instructions under data processing agreements: hosting and infrastructure providers, and the Apple Push Notification service (APNs) and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for push delivery;
- with competent authorities, where we are required to do so by law or by a binding decision of a competent authority.
International data transfers
Our infrastructure and push delivery providers may process data outside Serbia and outside the European Economic Area. Where such a transfer takes place, we put appropriate safeguards in place, such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms provided for by the ZZPL and the GDPR.
How long we keep your data
- We keep your data for as long as your account exists.
- After you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days. Match records are anonymized and lose the link to your identity, and your ELO rating and match history are irreversibly lost.
- As an exception, data we are legally required to keep, and limited abuse-prevention logs, are retained for as long as the law requires.

Your rights
With regard to your data, you have the right to:
- access your data and obtain a copy of it,
- have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected,
- have your data erased,
- have the processing restricted,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- receive your data in a portable format (data portability),
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
To exercise these rights, email kontakt@padel2all.rs. We will respond without undue delay and within the statutory deadline.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Serbian supervisory authority, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (Poverenik): www.poverenik.rs. If the GDPR applies to you, you can also complain to the supervisory authority in your country.
Security
We protect your data with technical and organizational measures: traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted with TLS, access to data is limited to people who need it for their work, and passwords are stored only as hashes.
To be honest with you: no system is 100% secure. If you notice a security issue, please contact us at podrska@padel2all.rs.
Children under 15
Padel2All is not intended for anyone under the age of 15. Under Serbian data protection law, a minor can give valid consent in relation to information society services from the age of 15. If we learn that an account is used by a person under 15, we will delete the account and the related data.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy from time to time, for example when we add new features. We will announce material changes in the app or on the website before they take effect. The date of the latest update is always shown at the top of this page.
Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of the terms
These terms of use (the terms) govern your use of the Padel2All mobile app for iOS and Android and the website padel2all.rs (the service). The service is provided by Pixels Hub d.o.o., Generala Stefanika 20, Belgrade, Serbia, registration number 22056611 (we, us). By creating an account or using the service you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.
How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. Please read them together with these terms.
2. The service
Padel2All is a platform that connects padel players. The app lets you create a player profile, find opponents and partners at your skill level through Quick Match matchmaking, see clubs on a map, track your ELO rating and match history, chat with match participants and receive push notifications.
- Clubs and courts are independent of us. We do not operate or rent out courts and we do not guarantee their availability, prices, quality or conditions. The club map is for information only.
- The product is young and actively evolving. Features may change, be added or be removed as we improve the service.
- The app currently contains no payments. The web shop is coming soon and is not part of the app.
3. Your account
To use the service you need an account. The following applies:
- You must be at least 15 years old. The service is not intended for anyone under 15.
- The information you provide at registration and on your profile must be accurate and kept up to date.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for all activity that happens through your account.
- One account per person. Your account is personal and not transferable.
- If you suspect someone is using your account without permission, contact us right away at podrska@padel2all.rs.
4. Code of conduct
Padel2All is built on fair play, on the court and in the app. By using the service you agree to the following rules:
- Show up for confirmed matches or cancel in time so that other players can reorganize. Match participants can report a no-show. We review every report, and repeated no-shows may affect your rating and lead to restrictions on your access to the service.
- Enter match results truthfully. Fixing results to manipulate ratings is prohibited.
- Be respectful in chat. Harassment, hate speech, threats and spam are not allowed.
- Do not abuse the service. Commercial exploitation of the service without our consent, automated data collection (scraping), reverse engineering, circumventing protective measures and any interference with the service or with other users are all prohibited.
If you break these rules, we may remove the offending content, restrict certain features, or suspend or terminate your account as described in section 11.
5. Your content
Content you submit to the service (for example your profile photo and chat messages) remains yours. So that we can run the service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process and display that content within the service, solely to operate it.
You are responsible for your content: make sure it does not break the rules in these terms or infringe the rights of others. We may remove content that breaks the rules.
6. ELO and stats
Your ELO rating, match history and other statistics are computed by our algorithms from match results. We reserve the right to correct ratings and statistics if we identify manipulation, an input mistake or a technical error. Ratings and statistics carry no monetary value, cannot be transferred or traded, and exist only within the service.
7. Intellectual property
The app, the website, the Padel2All name and logo, and the content we create are owned by us or used under license. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for your own non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights in the service to you.
8. Play at your own risk
Padel is a sport, and every sport carries a risk of injury. Assess your own fitness and health before playing, and play responsibly.
We do not operate courts or clubs and we are not a party to your arrangement with a club. Booking a court, paying for it and the conditions of play are strictly between you and the club.
9. Service availability
We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Outages may occur due to maintenance, upgrades or technical problems. Features may change, be added or be removed. If we ever decide to discontinue the service permanently, we will give you reasonable advance notice so you can delete your account and data.
10. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profits or loss of data, nor for damage arising from your dealings with clubs, other players or third parties, or for injuries sustained while playing.
This limitation does not exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Your mandatory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.
11. Suspension and termination
If you breach these terms, we may temporarily restrict your access (suspension) or permanently terminate your account. Where reasonably possible, we will notify you in advance and explain the reason.
You can delete your account at any time, in the app or by email. The procedure and the consequences of deletion (including the irreversible loss of your ELO rating and match history) are described in the Account deletion section.
12. App Store and Google Play terms
You download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. For those stores, the following also applies:
- These terms are an agreement between you and us, not between you and Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its content.
- Apple and Google have no obligation whatsoever to maintain the app or to provide support for it. For support, contact us as described in the Support section.
- Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and have the right to enforce them against you as a user of the iOS version of the app.
- You must also comply with the terms of service of the respective store (the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions or the Google Play Terms of Service).
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. We will try to resolve disputes amicably; if that fails, the competent court in the Republic of Serbia has jurisdiction. If, as a consumer, you benefit from mandatory protections of the country where you live, that protection remains unaffected.
14. Changes to the terms
The service evolves, so we will update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes in advance, in the app or by email. The date of the latest revision is always shown at the top of this page. If you continue to use the service after changes take effect, you are deemed to accept them; if you do not agree with the changes, stop using the service and delete your account.

Cookie Policy
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser so it can recognize you when you return, remember your settings, or track how you use the site. Similar technologies include browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) and tracking pixels, and this policy covers those as well.
What we use today
The short answer: padel2all.rs currently sets no cookies at all. There are no tracking, analytics or marketing cookies, and the site uses neither localStorage nor sessionStorage. There is no browser storage of any kind, not even the strictly necessary kind: the site simply does not need it to work.
The site is operated by Pixels Hub d.o.o., Generala Stefanika 20, Belgrade, Serbia, registration number 22056611. Padel2All runs no ad networks on the site and your data is never sold. The connection to the site is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS).
The mobile app
The Padel2All mobile app (iOS and Android) does not use website cookies: cookies are a browser technology, not an app technology. How the app collects and processes your data (your account, player profile, location for the club map, match chat, push notifications) is described in detail in the Privacy Policy.
If this changes
If we ever decide to introduce an analytics or marketing tool, we will first update this policy and clearly list which cookies the tool sets and what they are for, and, where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent before any such cookie is placed. The date of the latest revision is always shown at the top of this page.
Browser controls
Every modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) lets you review, delete or block cookies in its settings, for all sites or site by site. Look for the privacy section of your browser settings for instructions. Because padel2all.rs does not depend on cookies, blocking them will not affect how the site works.

Account Deletion
This page applies to the Padel2All mobile app (iOS and Android) and the padel2all.rs website, provided by Pixels Hub d.o.o., Generala Stefanika 20, Belgrade, Serbia, registration number 22056611. It covers every way to permanently delete your account and explains exactly what happens to your data when you do. For full details on how we handle data in general, see the Privacy Policy.
Delete in the app
- Open the Padel2All app and sign in to your account.
- Go to the Profil (Profile) tab.
- Open Podešavanja (Settings).
- Select Brisanje naloga (Delete account).
- Confirm that you want to delete your account.
As soon as you confirm, your request is submitted and the period described under Timeline below applies.
Request without the app
You can also delete your account without the app, for example if you no longer have it on your phone or cannot sign in:
- Email kontakt@padel2all.rs with the subject “Account deletion” (or “Brisanje naloga”).
- Send the message from the email address registered on your account. That is how we verify the request really comes from the account owner; we cannot act on requests sent from other addresses.
- We will send a confirmation to the same address once the deletion is complete.
What is deleted, what remains

Timeline
We delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days of receiving your request, whether you submit it in the app or by email.
Partial options
If you do not want to delete your whole account, you have lighter options:
- Edit or remove profile data in the app, for example your profile photo, city or availability.
- Revoke the precise location and push notification permissions at any time in your phone’s settings.
- Ask us to delete specific data without closing your account: write to kontakt@padel2all.rs.

What to include
To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include:
- your phone model and operating system version (for example iPhone 15, iOS 18 or Samsung Galaxy S24, Android 15),
- the email address your account is registered with,
- what happened, step by step, and what you expected to happen,
- screenshots, if you have them.
Quick help
- I cannot log in. Double-check your email and password, then try again. You can reset your password from the login screen.
- Notifications are not arriving. Check that the app has notification permission in your phone settings, then review the notification settings inside the app.
- A player did not show up for a match. You report a no-show directly on the match screen.
- I want to change my profile details. You can edit your profile details (city, skill level, availability, profile photo) directly in the app, on your profile.
